This is one of the Tustin Unified School District's many elementary schools. Founded after the suburban population boom after the second world war, its name means "view of the hills". The school is located next to the Tustin Presbyterian Church which is a rather convient relationship as it allows for parking near the school grounds during their yearly events, and is relatively close to many of the nice locations in the city for the parents and kids to enjoy. The school can be noted to be a bit conservative and traditional, but it does work hard and has heavy parental involvement that influences the school policy.
